1. General

Employ for Ability is committed to delivering service at the agreed appointment time with the client. However, when there is a cancellation from the client, it could prevent another client from receiving a service from Employ for Ability. A late cancellation or no show to an appointment can affect the productivity of our staff and services. For these reasons, Employ for Ability has a cancellation policy in place. The Employ for Ability cancellation policy will also be outlined in any service agreements, and a copy of your service agreement can be supplied upon request.

 

2. Staff Cancellation

If the cancellation is made by the Employ for Ability staff member at any time prior to the appointment; including within a 24-hour timeframe, the client will NOT be charged any fees.

 

3. Client Cancellation

  • Cancellations less than 48 hours before the time of your appointment incur a 100% cancellation fee.
  • Failure to attend an appointment without providing sufficient notice prior to your appointment time incurs a 100% cancellation fee.
