Accessibility & Inclusion

Inclusion Statement

EFA acknowledges the traditional custodians of Country and their ongoing connection to the lands and waterways of Australia. We pay our respects to elders past and present, and in particular of the Ngunnawal people on whose lands our head office is located.

EFA is committed to creating respectful, accessible and inclusive environments where people feel welcomed, valued and able to participate. We welcome people of all backgrounds, identities and lived experiences, including neurodivergent people, people with disability, and people of all sexual orientations, gender identities and gender expressions. We respect each person’s preferred name, pronouns, communication preferences and access needs.

Accessibility

We are committed to making our website, programs and services accessible. If there is an adjustment that would support your participation or engagement with us, please let us know. We welcome feedback and are committed to continually improving our accessibility and inclusion

We have sought to develop this website in compliance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG). We recognise that accessibility is an ongoing responsibility, not a one-time task. As the website develops, we intend to review, test, and improve accessibility over time.

If you experience an accessibility issue on this website, or if you need information in a different format, please feel free to contact us at admin@employforability.com.au or 1300 619 768.
