About our Training & Professional Development Programs

EFA offers a range of concise, impactful professional development programs tailored to different audiences, whether front-line staff, people leaders, executives, and HR practitioners.

The following courses are regularly offered as small-group, facilitated programs. This gives participants an opportunity to not only engage with the content in a hands-on, case-study based way, but also to benefit from the perspectives of your peers in other organisations.

If you don’t see what you’re after or would like to discuss bespoke training tailored to your or your organisation’s needs and context, please let us know. We can work with you to adapt content, examples, duration and delivery format, or develop a bespoke session for a particular team, role or workplace priority. For further information see our Specialist Consultancy & Support Services page.
