Services Australia Aurora Neuroinclusion Program
The Aurora Program supports neurodivergent individuals, including those with autism or ADHD, in launching careers in the Australian Public Service (APS).
Home Affairs Apollo Neurodiversity Program
The Apollo Neurodiversity Program is a Department of Home Affairs initiative aimed at engaging neurodivergent staff who are keen to develop ICT skills.
Independent Health and Aged Care Pricing Authority (IHACPA) Neuroinclusion Program
The IHACPA Odyssey Neuroinclusion Program provides a neuroinclusive recruitment and onboarding pathway that removes barriers to employment.

These programs replace the traditional interview-based selection process with experiential exercises that are both neuro-inclusive by design and more representative of the real-world duties of the role. The assessments – typically a combination of online and in-person – are specifically designed to help neurodivergent candidates best represent their skills and capabilities; that said, we are also open to specific adjustments to better support an individual’s participation.
