Our Effective Communication Program (ECP) focuses on equipping participants with the communication skills they need for building relationships socially and in employment. We build on existing skills and enhance capabilities relevant to the workplace. ![]()

Some of our clients do work experience at Goodies Junction where they help sort and arrange donation items for resale. Through doing this work experience participants will learn about inventory management, stock control, safe lifting, and retail. Participants will also learn about reducing landfill, how old items can be given a new life and raising money for charitable causes. ![]()
